Terram also manufacturer a range of industrial products under the Melfab brand. These products are heat-bonded nonwovens manufactured specifically for use in many industrial applications. They are made from continuous bicomponent filaments; a polypropylene core is encased within a polyethylene sheath. The filaments are bonded in a steam oven to make an isotropic, strong, stable and flexible product. Melfab may also be recycled as a Polyolefin after use.

The minimum weight for the Melfab range is 90 grams/m2 with a maximum capability of 400 grams/m2. The standard colour for the Melfab range is natural white but most colours can also be manufactured subject to minimum quantities.
